大数据背景下大学生就业信息化建设探析

摘　　要：在社会信息化的今天,大学生就业管理工作也迈入了信息化管理时代,但是目前高校就业工作的信息化建设现状仍存在很多缺陷和不足,同时也面临很多机遇和挑战。在现有的研究基础上,对大数据背景下大学生就业工作信息化建设的必要性进行分析,并提出了高校学生就业工作信息化建设的要求和措施。Today the employment work of college students has entered the era of information management under the large data background with the development of the information society, while there are still many defects and insufficiencies in the information construction of universi- ty＇ s employment work, with lots of opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the ne- cessity of information construction in college employment work under the background of big da- ta, and brings forward to requirements and effective measures in the information construction of college students employment work.
