地方高校大学生心理危机及干预对策——基于福建省某地方高校的调查分析

摘　　要：大学生心理危机已经成为高校学生工作日益迫切而凸显的问题。防患于未然,加强对大学生心理危机的干预,是化解大学生心理危机的有效方式。基于实证调查的研究为加强地方高校大学生心理危机的干预提供群体状况的分析,剖析个案为深入了解个体的心理特征提供思考,从而探索对大学生心理干预的有效路径,为地方高校大学生的心理健康和发展服务。The issue of psychological crisis of college students has increasingly become an urgent and prominent topic for researchers and practitioners focused on college students＇ affairs in China. This paper argues that an effective approach to resolving university students＇ psycholog- ical crises is to take early preventive measures and strengthen intervention strategies. Based on a survey of a local university, this empirical study presents an analysis of the general mentality of college students with a view to strengthening intervention strategies for their psychological cri- ses. Case studies are conducted in individual students suffering from mental crises so that the psychological characteristics of contemporary college students are better understood thereby ex- ploring effective intervention measures and shedding light on as well as contributing to the en- hancement of mental health of college students, especially those in local universities in China.
