摘　　要：少数民族传统体育文化传承是一项系统工程,只有在有规划、有组织、有保障的运行机制下才能可持续发展。通过对当前我国少数民族传统体育的发展现状进行梳理,发现其传承尚未形成有机的运行机制。因此,构建可持续发展的运行机制其理论价值和现实意义不言而喻。采用文献资料、实地考察等研究方法,依据系统科学原理对我国少数民族传统体育传承运行机制进行了系统构建。着力研究影响少数民族传统体育传承与发展的各种相关因素,各种因素的相互关系,以及能够维持少数民族传统体育长期运行的相关过程、原理及方式,以及对这些运行方式的监控与评价指标体系等。建构框架如下:传承运行机制主要包括规划系统、组织系统、保障系统、评估系统4大子系统,各子系统可以独立运行、并有机衔接。运行机制在不同的时代背景下,各子系统的具体指标体系也将不断发展变化。The cultural inheritance of minority traditional sports is a systematic project. Only in a designed, organ- ized and guaranteed operating mechanism, it can have a sustainable development. Based on investigation of its current situation, the operating mechanism still hasn＇ t formed. Therefore, constructing a sustainable development operating mechanism has theoretical value and practical significance. This paper used system science principle to construct an inheritance mechanism for minority traditional sports in China by the methods of literature review and field survey. This study focused on ： 1 ） its influencing factors ; 2） relationships among factors ; 3 ） the process, theory and ways to keep its running; 4） monitor and evaluation index system of operating ways. The frame mainly includes four subsystems, which are planning system, organization system, guarantee system, and evaluation system. Each subsystem can run independently and contact with each other. The specific indexes of subsystem will be changed in different historical background.
