后发视角下的中国女子水球竞争力分析

摘　　要：对后发优势助推中国女子水球竞争力形成和存在的后发劣势隐患进行研究,旨在为我国女子水球项目乃至其他落后项目的发展谋求健康发展和追求优势绩效提供依据,为同行研究提供参考。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法开展调查和研究分析。结论:1)体制的后发优势助推了中国女子水球基础竞争力;2)运动人力的后发优势表达了中国女子水球竞争力;3)运动技术的后发优势赢得了中国女子水球表现竞争力;4)中国女子水球基础依旧薄弱,成长中存在一些不容忽视的问题;5)中国女子水球竞争力可持续发展需要提高对后发劣势的警惕,进一步培育学习力,打造技术、管理和文化立体创新途径规避路径依赖,逐步培育项目核心竞争力。This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of competitiveness of China women＇s water polo in perspective of backwardness, to provide a reference for development of China women＇s water polo and other disadvantageous events, as well as the peers. Literature review, interview, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics methods were used. Conclusions ： 1 ） Advantage of backwardness in system is helpful to basic competitiveness of China women＇s water polo. 2 ） Advantage of backwardness in talents expresses competitiveness of China women＇s water polo. 3 ） Advantage of backwardness in motor technique gains the competitiveness of China women＇s water polo. 4） The foundation of China women＇s water polo is still weak, and has some un-ignored problems. 5 ） Competitiveness＇ sustainable development of China women＇s water polo should be improved, and disadvantage of backwardness should be paid attention to. We should culture learning ability, build new way of technique, management and culture to avoid path dependence, and cultivate core competiveness of events.
