摘　　要：为落实和保障特种设备突发事件处置流程规范化要求,进一步提高突发事件和事故调查处理过程的效能,减小和消除调查处理工作中的风险,制定了特种设备突发事件信息报送流程图、特种设备事故调查处理流程图。本文在此基础上,设计和论述了特种设备事故应急处置流程信息系统,并希望能作为国家和地方特种设备突发事件应急管理平台建设的一个主要子系统。Aiming to improve the efficiency of investigation and handling process in the cases of emergency incident and accident, to reduce and eliminate the adverse risk during investigation and handling process, the flow charts for special equipment emergency information submission process and special equipment accident investigation and handling process are prepared. Based on the flow chart, the paper discusses the information system of special equipment accident emergency handling process with the expectation that it can serve as a major subsystems for the construction of our country and local special equipment emergency management platform.
