顶空-气相色谱法测定化妆品中二氯甲烷和1,1,1-三氯乙烷的残留

摘　　要：建立了以顶空气相色谱法分析化妆品中二氯甲烷和1,1,1-三氯乙烷的方法.样品中的二氯甲烷和1,1,1-三氯乙烷经顶空加热提取后,用中等极性毛细管柱（HP-VOC）分离、电子捕获检测器（ECD）测定.结果表明二氯甲烷的标准曲线为y=5 000 000x＋3000 000,相关系数0.9993,试样中3个添加水平回收率为61.1％～100.2％,方法检出限为0.070 mg/kg.1,1,1-三氯乙烷的标准曲线为y=900000 000x＋3 000 000,相关系数0.9994,试样中3个添加水平回收率为67.7％～100.5％,方法检出限为0.0010 mg/kg.A method for determination of methylene chloride and 1,1,1-trichloroethane in cosmetics was established.The methylene chloride and 1,1,1-trichloroethane in cosmetics were extracted by headspace.Then the extracts were detected by GC.The result showed that methylene chloride standard curve was y =5 000 000x ＋ 3 000 000,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9993.The average recoveries ranged from 61.1％ to 100.2％.The minimum detection limit was 0.070 mg/kg in cosmetics.The 1,1,1-trichloroethane standard curve was y =900 000 000x ＋ 3 000 000,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9994.The average recoveries ranged from 67.7％ to 100.5％.The minimum detection limit was 0.0010 mg/kg in cosmetics.
