老年患者残余尿量的测定及护理干预

摘　　要：目的:通过对住院老年患者进行残余尿的测定,及时进行个体化护理干预,从而降低尿路感染的发生率。方法:将200例老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例;观察组按照科室的流程利用膀胱机进行残余尿的测定,根据测定结果进行及时的护理干预,对照组按护士的经验进行触诊判断患者是否有残余尿;分别对两组患者进行尿管留置时间、尿路感染发生率及患者满意度进行比较。结果:观察组进行标准的残余尿测定及个体化的护理干预后,尿管的留置时间及尿路感染发生率明显低于对照组,且观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:残余尿量的正确测定不仅有利于疾病的诊断和治疗,同时缩短了留置尿管的时间,降低了尿路感染的发生率,减少了住院患者的费用,提高了患者的满意度。Objective： To determine timely individualized nursing intervention by residual urine in hospitalized elderly patients, so as to reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.Method： The 200 hospitalized elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group.The observation group of residual urine was measured according to the process of residual urine in bladder scan and the nursing intervention was determined by in time according to the measured results. The residual urine in the control group patients were estimated by residual urine palpation according to the experience of nurses. Indwelling catheter time, the incidence of urinary tract infection andthe patient satisfaction were compared with two groups.Result： The observation group of residual urine accurately measure and individual intervention , catheter indwelling time and the urinary tract infection were significantly lower than the control group, and the satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The accurately measure of residual urine not only conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, but also shorten the indwelling catheter time, reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection, medical costs and improve patient satisfaction.
