针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察和分析对肺炎儿童施以针对性护理干预的应用效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年12月于本院治疗的肺炎儿童160例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组80例与对照组80例,对照组施以小儿肺炎常规住院护理,试验组则施以针对性护理干预,比较两组肺炎儿童干预后的护理效果。结果:试验组胸片检查结果示阴影消失或缩小78例,胸片阴影无改变2例,胸片检查结果改善率97.5%,显著高于对照组阴影消失或缩小70例,胸片阴影无改变10例,胸片检查结果改善率87.5%(P<0.05);试验组的体温转为正常耗时(2.33±0.94)d、住院治疗耗时(3.73±1.01)d,均显著低于对照组体温转为正常耗时(2.78±1.07)d、住院治疗耗时(4.36±0.69)d(P<0.05)。结论:对肺炎儿童住院病例施以针对性护理,能够显著改善肺部感染情况,缩短降温耗时和住院治疗耗时,具有推广价值。Objective：To observe and analyze the application effect of target nursing on children’s pneumonia nursing.Method： 160 children with pneumonia who accepted treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research objects. They were divided into test group and control group,with 80 cases in each group. The control group were given routine hospitalization nursing and the test group were given target nursing intervention, comparing the two groups’ nursing effect after intervention.Result：The X-ray examination of the test group showed the shadow of 78 cases disappeared or shrunk, 2 cases had no changes.The X-ray examination of the control group showed the shadow of 70 cases disappeared or shrunk, 10 cases had no changes. The improvement rate of chest X-ray examination results of the test group（97.5%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（87.5%）（P〈0.05）.The recovery time of body temperature and hospitalization time of the test group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Target nursing can improve pneumonia children’s lung infection and shorten the recovery time of body temperature and the hospitalization time. So there is practical promotion value of the target nursing.
