Use of Free Medialis Pedis Flap for Repair of Skin Defect on the Volar Surface of Digits

摘　　要：目的:探讨游离足内侧皮瓣移植修复指掌侧皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:2009年5月-2013年2月,应用吻合血管的足内侧皮瓣游离移植修复21例指掌侧皮肤缺损,范围为2 cm×2.5 cm^3 cm×7 cm。损伤至手术时间3~72 h。结果:1例皮瓣边缘出现小面积坏死,行扩创缝合后伤口愈合,1例术后出现血管栓塞,经手术重新吻合血管后皮瓣成活,余19例皮瓣顺利成活,伤口一期愈合。患者均获随访6~15个月,皮瓣质地良好,耐磨擦,外形不臃肿,皮瓣感觉及关节活动恢复满意。结论:足内侧皮瓣游离移植是修复指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的理想术式。Objective：To evaulate treatment outcome of free medialis pedis flap for repair of skin defect on the volar surface of digits.Method：From May 2009 to Feb 2013, 21 cases of skin defect on the volar surface of digits were treated by using free medialis pedis flap.The defect area ranged from 2 cm±2.5 cm to 3 cm±7 cm.Duration from injury to operation ranged from 3 hours to 72 hours.Result：Small necrosis zone was observed at the distal part of flap in one case. After removing the necrosis part of the flap and repairing the residual wounds.Vessel thrombosis occurred in one case, successful emergency treatment was achieved.Flaps survived in the other 19 cases.Postoperative follow-up 6 to 15 monthes indicated good texture and sense of touch,satisfactory apperarance and joint function.Conclusion：Applying free medialis pedis flap is a good method for treating patients with skin defect on the volar surface of digits.
