醋酸钠林格液与抗生素配伍用于老年泌尿系感染的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：评价醋酸钠林格液与抗生素配伍后应用于老年泌尿系感染的临床效果观察。方法：随机选择需要抗感染治疗的老年泌尿系感染及术后抗感染患者539例，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组选用生理盐水与抗生素、相关胃粘膜保护剂、氨基酸、维生素及相关化疗用药配伍，实验组在此基础上加用醋酸钠林格液，观察临床效果。结果：临床疗效：实验组有效率84．35％；对照组有效率82．86％，两组临床疗效无差异（P〉0．05）。细菌学疗效：实验组细菌清除率87．88％；对照组细菌清除率89．40％。两组疗效无显著差异（P〉0．05）。实验组不良反应发生率6．46％，与对照组（5．71％）不存在统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：国产醋酸林格液与抗生素配伍后应用于老年泌尿系感染及术后抗感染患者安全性有保障且不影响抗生素的疗效。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical effect of sodium acetate slinger liquid combimed with antibiotics in the treatment of urinary tract infection in the elderly. METHODS： 539 elderly patients with urinary tract infection were selected who needed anti - infection treatment. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group used physiological sa- line gastric mucosa protectant associated with antibiotics, amino acids, vitamins and related chemotherapy drug compatibility. On the basis of the control group the experimental group accepted sodium acetate salinger fluid. The clinical effects were observed. RE- SULTS： The effective rate was 84. 35% and 82. 86% in the experimental and control groups respectively. There was no significant differences （P〉0. 05）. The bacterial clearance rate was 87. 88% and 89.40% in the experiment and control groups respectively. There was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. In the experimental group incidence of adverse reactions were 6.46% , and in the control group were 5.71%. There was no statistical difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION： Domestic acetic acid combined with an- tibiotics and ringo liquid are used in the elderly patients with urinary tract infection and postoperative anti - infection, which is safe and will not affect the curative effect of antibiotics.
