摘　　要：为了传承和发展我国冰雪文化,对冰雪文化的形成和发展历史进行了梳理,阐明了传承冰雪文化的重要意义;从整理和保护冰雪民俗文化遗产,推进冰雪运动的不断发展,提炼和升华冰雪艺术文化内涵,拓展和开发冰雪产业文化资源等方面,进行了冰雪文化传承与开发的探讨;提出建立专门机构对冰雪文化进行深层次研究,建构冰雪文化体系,创建冰雪文化公共事业服务平台等一系列策略,旨在进一步挖掘和推动冰雪文化的深入发展,为中国文化事业的大发展、大繁荣作出贡献。order to inherit and develop Chinese ice-snowculture,this paper has sorted the formation and developing history ofice-snow culture,clarified the important significance of inheriting ice-snowculture;Discuss the inheritance and development of ice-snow culture from the collation and protection ice-snow folk cultural heritage,promoting the continuous development of ice and snow sports,refining and sublimingthe connotation of ice-snow art and culture,extending and developing ice and snow cultural resources,discussed the inheritance and development of ice and snow culture;Propose to establish the specialized agencies for the deep study on ice-snowculture,constructice-snow cultural system,create a series of strategies of ice-snow cultural public service platform,to further mining and pushing for deep development of ice and snow culture,make contribution to the development of Chinese cultural work.
