“动式优化型体育教学模式”在滑冰教学中的实效性

摘　　要："动式优化型体育教学模式"指超前准备教学程序模式、分层教学模式、课内外一体化教学模式及心理健康教育的渗透内容的配套组合。通过文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等对"动式优化型体育教学模式"进行实效性研究。实验结果表明,此教学模式适合高校滑冰课的教学,能满足大学生的不同需求和价值取向,能调动大学生的学习兴趣和积极性,有效地提高了教学质量和效果。实验后经过对比研究进一步表明,身体健康和心理健康是有内在联系的,积极适宜的"动式优化型体育教学模式",在促进学生身体健康及技能发展过程中,对学生的心理健康产生了积极的影响。＂Dynamic optimized physical education mode＂refers to advanced prepare teaching program mode,hierarchical teaching mode,in and out of class integration teaching mode and the psychological education. With the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics and so on,this paper has an efficacy study on the project. The experimental results show that,the teaching mode is suitable for skating teaching in universities,it can meet the different needs and the value orientation of college students,arouse the learning interest and enthusiasm of students,improve the teaching quality and effect. After the experiments,comparison study also indicated that,physical health and mental health is intrinsically connected,positive and appropriate ＂dynamic optimized physical education mode＂ has a positive impact on physical health of students in promoting the development of students＇ physical health and skills.
