摘 要:利用运动图像解析法,通过与越野滑雪传统式同时推进技术动作的运动学特征进行对比分析,探讨一种新型越野滑雪专项力量辅助训练器的应用机理。发现这种训练器运动学特征与雪上传统式同时推进技术动作存在一定相关性。这种训练器较好地模拟了雪上传统式同时推进技术动作特点,丰富了陆地夏训期传统专项训练方法体系,有助于越野滑雪陆地、雪上专项化训练方法有效衔接。越野滑雪专项力量辅助训练器在运动学特征上对雪上专项技术动作的模拟性,可为发展有效的专项训练方法与手段提供理论依据。With the method of moving image analysis,by comparing with the classical bilateral push technique of cross-country skiing basing on the kinematic characteristics,the paper discusses the applied mechanism of a new specialized strength training aids. It indicates the training movement on the aids is related to the snow movement in kinematic characteristics. The aids can well simulate the characteristics of classical bilateral push technique,and enrich the system of cross-country skiing specialized dry-land training methods,which is helpful to the effective connection from dry-land to snow specialized training methods. The aids’simulation of snow specialized technique basing on the kinematic characteristics can be a theoretical reference for developing more effective specialized training methods and means.
