摘 要:针对中东地区原油高盐、重质的特点,根据国内外先进的脱盐工艺流程,开展脱盐工艺优化研究。对一级洗盐流程、二级洗盐流程和二级洗盐+级内循环流程进行了分析对比,通过理论计算优化洗盐掺水比例,经现场数据验证,推荐二级洗盐+级内循环流程。该流程可以大大降低洗盐水量、有效提高洗盐水的利用率、降低下游污水处理设施及蒸发池的负担。同时,对电脱盐洗盐掺水量、掺水水质、洗盐水掺入位置、掺水混合强度进行了优化研究,为不同工况下原油的洗盐掺水设计提供参考。According to heavy oil with high salinity, the optimization research of desalination process is carried out on the basis of advanced desalination process at home and abroad. This article makes the comparison analysis of 1st-stage desalination process, 2nd-stage desalination process and 2nd-stage desalination process with internal circulation. Theoretical calculation of wash water ratio is optimized. Through the field data, 2nd-stage desalination process with internal circulation is recommended. This process can reduce the quantity of wash water and improve the utilization of wash water. At the same time it can greatly reduce the burden of downstream sewage treatment facilities and evaporation ponds. Meanwhile, optimization study was also performed on the quantity of wash water, wash water quality, the wash water injection location and watering mixing intensity in this article. It can be used as a reference in designing desalination process in different working conditions.
