摘  要:建筑第五立面节能是建筑节能的重点之一,目前对其的研究大多停留在定性分析和政策研讨上,较少有学者对其进行深入的定量分析。本文以宜昌市为例,采用ECOTECT软件分析手段,在模拟宜昌市气候条件的基础上,对两种不同情况下的建筑屋顶进行了热环境模拟分析,提出了将建筑耗能从单层次的绿化上面拓展到整体建筑的能源利用上来的节能策略,即应用屋顶太阳能系统、设计屋顶绿化、进行雨水收集、改进建造工艺等。As one of the most important point in energy efficiency of buildings, most studies about the energy conservation in the fifth elevation of buildings are limited to the quali- tative approach and policy discussion and few scholars probes into the quantitative analysis. The paper, taking Yichang as the example, does a simulation analysis of the thermal envi- ronment under two different conditions based on the climate condition of Yichang by using the ECOTECT software. The results show that the energy conservation strategy can be expanded to the energy use of the entire buildings from the single-level greening, such as the application of the solar system, design of the roof greening, collection of the rain, promotion of the technology, etc.
