男性歼（强）击机飞行员大体检疾病检出特点分析

摘　　要：目的 研究男性歼（强）击机飞行员大体检中疾病（或异常）检出的种类和特点,为歼（强）击机部队航卫保障和飞行人员的健康管理提供依据. 方法 收集2012年7月1日至2013年6月30日之间参加年度大体检的男性歼（强）击机飞行员体检结果,建立歼（强）击机飞行员大体检数据库,对体检结论中的诊断进行分类汇总.按照5岁1个年龄段进行分组,计算各年龄段疾病（或异常）的检出率,并进行对比分析. 结果 歼（强）击机飞行员疾病谱分布较广,前5位疾病（或异常）分别为高脂血症、脂肪肝、胆囊疾病、高尿酸血症及肝血管瘤;歼（强）击机飞行员疾病（或异常）随年龄增长而增加,≥45岁年龄组疾病（或异常）检出率为72.34％;不同疾病（或异常）的检出率随年龄增加分布规律不尽相同. 结论 男性歼（强）击机飞行员疾病（或异常）检出率显示随年龄增长而增加的趋势,其中检出率最高的前5种疾病（或异常）为高脂血症、脂肪肝、胆囊疾病、高尿酸血症和肝血管瘤,应有针对性地开展航卫保障工作.Objective To study the morbidity diagnosed in annual physical examination for male fighter （attacker） pilots and to give advices for health promotion and disease prevention.Methods Male fighter （attacker） pilots＇ medical data collected in the annual physical examinations between July 1,2012 to June 30,2013 were reviewed and established the database.The diagnosed results were classified and summarized.Pilots were divided into 6 age groups by 5 yrs intervals.The top diseases （or abnormalities） were compared among groups.Results The fighter （attacker） pilots＇ disease spectrum involved various systems and organs of body.The top 5 diseases in fighter （attacker） pilots spectrum were hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,gallbladder disease,hyperuricacidemia and hepatic hemangioma.The diseases （or abnormalities） showed growing trend with age.The morbidity was 72.34% in ≥45 yrs age group.The diseases （or abnormalities） detection rate differently increased with age.Conclusions The detection rate of male fighter （attacker） pilots＇ disease （or abnormality） shows growing trend with age.The top 5 diseases were hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,gallbladder disease,hyperuricacidemia and hepatic hemangioma.Aeromedical service should care such trend and emphasis the support.
