摘　　要：目的 从文献引证的角度透视《中华航空航天医学杂志》的学术水平和期刊质量. 方法 依据《中国科技期刊引证报告》和中国生物医学期刊引文数据库（Chinese Medical Citation Index,CMCI）,采用文献计量学方法,对该刊2004-2013年总被引频次、影响因子、刊载论文的被引率、单篇论文平均被引次数、单篇论文被引情况、作者发表论文被引情况、主要引用期刊和自引率等进行统计分析及评价. 结果 《中华航空航天医学杂志》2004-2013年的总被引频次呈逐年增加的趋势.2012年总被引频次在军事医学与特种医学类期刊中排名第2,影响因子在军事医学与特种医学类期刊中排名第1.2004-2013年《中华航空航天医学杂志》共发表论文1451篇,被CMCI来源期刊引用了520篇,平均被引率为35.8％;总被引次数为1 563次,单篇论文平均被引次数为3.0次;单篇被引最高次数为80次,被引超过15次以上有11篇论文;同一第1作者发表的论文被引最多为14篇,被引最高次数为173次.CMCI来源期刊中有201种期刊引用了《中华航空航天医学杂志》发表的论文,主要引用期刊是《中华航空航天医学杂志》、《解放军医学院学报》、《空军医学杂志》、《中国疗养医学》、《航天医学与医学工程》和《人民军医》.《中华航空航天医学杂志》自引率为26.6％. 结论 《中华航空航天医学杂志》刊载论文质量较高,有独特的学术风格和一定的社会影响力,是传播我国航空航天医学信息的重要载体.Objective To view the academic and periodical quality of Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine from the perspective of paper citation.Methods The total citation frequency,impact factor,cited rate,average citation and cited rate per individual paper,authors of most frequent citation,citing journals and self-cited rate of the Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine papers,that published from 2004 to 2013,were statistically analyzed in accordance with Chinese S＆T Journal Citation Reports and Chinese Medical Citation Index （CMCI）.Results The total citation frequency of Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine presented growing tendency with time.According to the comparison in 2012,its total citation frequency and impact factor respectively ranked 2nd and 1st in military medicine and special medicine journal list.Totally 1 451 papers were published on Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine from 2004 to 2013.Among which,520 papers were cited by CMCI resource and the average cited rate was 35.8%.These papers were cited for 1 563 times and averagely 3.0 times per paper.The most cited individual paper was referenced for 80 times.Eleven papers were at least cited for 15 times.Most frequent cited paper authors were referenced 14 papers and the highest cited frequency of paper was up to 173 times.Totally 201 journals in CMCI resource had cited the paper of Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine,mainly included Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine,Academic Journal of Chinese PLA Medical School,Medical Journal of Air Force,Chinese Journal of Convalescent Medicine,Space Medicine ＆amp; Medical Engineering and People＇s Military Surgeon.The self-cited rate was 26.6%.Conclusions Chinese Journal of Aerospace Medicine has exerted certain influence by its unique science and high quality papers and has become a very influential information media in aerospace medicine.
