摘　　要：基于内部因素IFE矩阵和外部因素评价EFE矩阵,全面分析动力煤期货运营中面临的机遇和挑战,认为现阶段我国动力煤期货运营具有较好的内部条件和良好的外部环境。提出引导动力煤相关企业参与期货交易,加强动力煤期货运营管理,扩大我国动力煤期货对外开放,逐渐争取动力煤市场国际定价权。Basing upon Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix （IFE） and External Factor Evalua- tion Matrix （EFE）, the author comprehensively analyzed opportunities and challenges of steam coal futures operation and believed that Chinese steam coal futures operation has better internal factors and external factors, furthermore, provided advices on guiding steam coal relative enter- prises to involve futures trading, strengthen management of steam coal futures, and enlarging o- pening strategies of Chinese steam coal futures to gradually get international pricing rights insteam coal marketing.
