摘 要:针对煤炭在公路运输装车过程中存在的偷煤和换煤现象,以兖州煤业股份有限公司为研究背景,引入流程再造理论对装车流程进行优化,在此基础上构建了煤炭智能装车系统,介绍了该系统的流程以及系统的软件和硬件设计。该系统的应用能够根本改善煤炭装车过程中偷煤、换煤和环境污染现状,提高装载效率和称重精度,进而降低企业生产成本。Aiming at the serious problem that coal was stolen or changed during loading and transportation by road, the paper takes Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited as the research object to optimize the loading process with the business process reengineering. On this basis, the intelligent loading system is established, and the process of this system and the designation of the related hardware and software are introduced. The application of this system can solve the prob- lem of stealing or changing coal; reduce the pollution;improve the coal loading efficiency and the weighing accuracy and thus reduce the production cost.
