摘 要:分析了传统液固流化床对粗煤泥分选的局限性,介绍了重介质液固流化床理论,指出可以通过提高悬浮液的密度来提高分选效果。对重介质液固流化床的流化特性进行研究,考察了不同容积浓度及上升水速时床层内部的流化特性,研究发现0.045~0.074mm做为主导粒级的磁铁矿粉在流化床内部分布最为均匀稳定,有利于物料分选。利用普通液固流化床及重介质液固流化床对煤样开展对比试验,并对数据进行了分析后发现,与传统液固流化床相比重介质液固流化床分选所得精煤灰分降低了0.98%,尾煤灰分提高了6.55%,分选效果得到明显改善。The authors analyzed limitation of coarse coal slime separation in traditional liquid solid fluidized bed, introduced separation principle of dense medium liquid solid fluidized bed, and also pointed out that enhancing separation effect by increasing suspension density. According to the study on fluidization characteristics of dense medium liquid solid fluidized bed and investiga- ting fluidization characteristics of interior bed layer with different volumetric concentrations and water rise velocities, the results showed that when the particle size of magnetite is 0. 045-- 0. 074 mm within the liquid solid fluidized bed, the distribution is most stable and the most favor- able to separation. Analysis the data of comparison experiments between common medium liquid solid fluidized bed and the dense liquid solid fluidized bed, the authors found that comparing with traditional liquid solid fluidized bed, the cleaned coal ash decreased 0. 98%and the tail coal ash increased 6.55% in separation of dense medium liquid solid fluidized bed. Thus, the separation effects were obvious changed.
