摘  要:余吾煤业公司采用放顶煤开采技术,针对低透气性煤层提出了地面钻井抽采采空区瓦斯技术,设计了防剪切破断井身结构和最优布井位置,优化了钻井设计方案。工程实践结果表明,地面钻井单井最长抽采期为57d,纯瓦斯抽采流量最大值为12.94 m3/min,单井累计抽采纯瓦斯39.31×104 m3,上隅角平均预警次数由抽采前8.3次降至1.03次,显著降低了井下瓦斯超限频率,保证了矿井安全高效生产。In view of low permeahility and the technical conditions of coal occurrence and top- coal caving of Yuwu Coal Mining Company, the ground drilling technique for the gas drainage in goaf was put forward, the anti-shear-fracture borehole and the optimal location of boreholes were designed, the drilling design scheme was optimized, and the engineering practice was carried out. The results show that the longest drainage is 57 days for single borehole from ground, and the maximum drainage rate is 12.94 m3/min. Furthermore, the total flow of pure gas for single bore- hole was 39.31× 10^4 m3 , the average number of warning in the upper corner was decreased from 8.30 before drainage to 1.03, significantly reducing the overrun frequency of underground gas, ensuring the safe and high-efficient production in coal mine.
