学校体育教学伤害事故的风险管理研究追溯与风险应对反思

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法,对学校体育教学过程中伤害事故的风险管理研究现状进行分析,阐述学校体育教学过程中过多的回避风险中"健康第一,全面育人"的风险利益,对学校体育采取的风险应对方法进行深入反思:风险规避不利于实现学校体育目标;国家法律法规不健全;事故处理责任单一化,提出承担风险主体转移;完善法律制度;加强安全教育。With methods of literature and inductive reasoning, the paper analyzes research situation of risk management of injuries in school physical education and elaborates the risk interests of ＇health first, comprehensive education＇ gained by schools in overly avoidance of risks. By deeply reflecting the ways schools dealing with risks, the paper concludes that risk - avoidance is not helpful in realizing the goals of school sports, state laws and regulations still needs improvement and responsibility system of coping with accidents is simplified; so the paper suggests a transfer of subjects that shoulder risks, improvement in laws and regulations and strengthening safety education.
