摘 要:本文建立了测定浙贝母中除草剂阿特拉津残留量的分析方法.样品采用基质固相分散(MPSD)前处理技术,中性氧化铝为吸附剂,二氯甲烷-石油醚为淋洗液,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测,最低检出限为0.001 μg/g,回收率86.4%-101%,相对标准偏差0.93%-5.2%,本方法简单、快速、准确,可用于浙贝母中除草剂阿特拉津残留量的检测.A method was developed for determination of atrazine residue in fritillaria. Matrix solid - phase dispersion (MPSD) was used for samples preparation, using neutral alumina as sorbent , methylene chloride - petroleum ether for elution. Analysis was performed by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) with reversed phase C18 column, PDA detector. Under these conditions, atrazine had a good linear relationship (r = 0. 999 5 ) with the detection limit 0.001μg/g, the average recoveries were in the range 86.4% - 101%, with RSD of 0.93 - 5.2%. The results show that the method is simple, rapid, and aectrrate, which can be used for detecting the residual atrazine in Fritillaria.
