摘 要:为了寻找有效手段促进儿童执行功能发展与完善,揭示不同运动持续时间运动对儿童执行功能的影响效果,为科学设计体育活动方案提高儿童的执行功能提供证据,以扬州市某小学4年级学生为研究对象,依据实施中等强度篮球运动时间不同分为8min运动组、8min对照组、15min运动组、15min对照组、30min运动组和30min对照组,分别使用Flanker任务、1-back任务、More-odd shifting任务全面评价一次不同持续时间的篮球运动前后各组儿童执行功能的抑制、刷新和转换3个子功能的变化。结果显示:中等强度篮球运动可以提高儿童的执行功能,不同持续时间对儿童执行功能的影响具有差异性。具体表现为:在抑制功能方面,30min运动组、15min运动组>8min运动组;在转换功能方面,30min运动组>15min运动组、8min运动组;在刷新功能方面,30min运动组>8min运动组、15min运动组。结论:中等强度篮球运动可以提高儿童的执行功能,但效果与运动持续时间有关;30min篮球运动对儿童执行功能改善效果最好。Objective: To find out the effective ways in promoting the development and perfection of chil- dren's executive function has become an important frontier and hot topics of interdisciplinary research. This paper tries to evaluate the effects of basketball dribbling training of different durations on the execu- tive function of children, so as to provide a practical basis for adopting different time sport methods to im- prove executive function in children. Methods.. Grade 4 students from a primary school in Yangzhou are taken as research subjects, who are, based on the implementation of medium-intensity basketball dribbling training durations, divided into eight groups: eight-minute basketball training group (8T), eight-minute control group (8C), fifteen-minute basketball training group (15T), fifteen-minute control group (15C), thirty-minute basketball training group (30T), thirty-minute control group (30C). Three tasks ( the Flanker task,the 1-back task and the More-odd shifting task) are used to measure students' EF (inhibi- tion, updating, shifting) before and after basketball dribbling training, Results.. The positive effects on ex- ecutive function in children are varied with basketball dribbling training with different durations. Specific- ally, the effects of inhibition.. 30T, 15T〉8T; the effects of updating.. 30T〉 15T, 8T; the effects of shift- ing: 30T〉 1ST, 8T. Conclusion: The different positive effects on executive function in children are found with basketball dribbling training with different durations. Moreover, the thirty-minute basketball dribb- ling training had a more beneficial effect on executive function in children.
