摘  要:通过中国击剑队164名优秀运动员身体功能的测试,介绍功能动作筛查的基本方法,并通过数据的分析,总结中国击剑优秀运动员身体功能特征及薄弱点。中国击剑优秀运动员功能动作总体表现为:腘绳肌、比目鱼肌的柔韧性较高;肩关节内旋、后伸及内收能力较强;髋关节、膝关节、踝关节的活动度及核心区稳定性较弱。FMS测试分值与专项训练相关度较高。国击剑优秀运动员身体对侧筛查中,身体两侧不平衡明显。表明击剑项目是身体两侧不平衡项目,综合表现为双腿、双肩及躯干的不平衡。中国击剑优秀运动员不平衡案例中,持剑手与同侧脚过栏架步能力、同侧肩关节灵活性相关,与对侧脚直线弓步能力相关,与两侧直腿上举能力、旋转稳定性能力相关度不高。Through testing the physical functions of 164 elite fencing athletes of the Natinal Team of China,this paper introduces the basic method of functional movement screening, summarizes the functional characteristics and the weak points of the elite athletes of the Natinal Team of China by analyzing the sta- tistical data. The results of the functional movement of the elite Chinese fencing athletes show that there is high flexibility with the hamstring and soleus muscle and a strong capability with the shoulder internal rotation, extension and retraction,while the range of activity and the core stability of hip joint and knee joint are comparatively weak. There is a high correlation between the FMS test score and specific train- ing. The cross-lateral screening points to a clear imbalance between the left and right sides of the body of the elite athletes of the Natinal Team of China. The results show that fencing is not balanced on both sides of the body, the comprehensive performance of which lies in the imbalance of both legs, both shoul- ders and the trunk body. In the case of the imbalance of elite Chinese fencing athletes, there is a correla- tion between the sword hand and the ipsilateral hurdle-crossing step ability, shoulder flexibility and linear foot lunge ability, while there is a low correlation between the sword hand and bilateral leg raising capacity and rotational stability.
