摘　　要：民办养老机构作为目前提供机构养老服务的中坚力量,为实现社会效益和经济效益的统一,在市场经济中面临众多生存与发展困境。本文通过PEST分析,发现民办养老机构发展存在政策支持不足、资金短缺、社会重视程度低、机构人员配备不足等问题,同时提出完善并落实优惠政策、拓宽筹资方式、提高社会参与度以及加强人才建设等相应措施,为未来我国民办养老机构的快速发展提供对策和建议。Private pension institutions are taking an increasingly important part in aging service industry. However, they are also facing troubles to achieve their social and economic benefits by PEST analysis. Toaeeelerate the development of private pension institutions, we should improve our policies and take them thoroughly, attach more importance to aging service industry and perfect its personnel construction.
