摘 要:在汽车空调压缩机皮带轮的生产过程中,需要通过尺寸检测保证产品质量。目前的人工检测无法满足日益增长的质量要求和生产需要。针对此问题,研究了皮带轮尺寸检测技术。首先,根据皮带轮检测要求和形状特点设计了检测方案;接着,对比选择了照明方式,设计了测量路线,然后采用开窗式尺寸检测算法和三角测距法,可以对皮带轮的横纵向尺寸进行测量;最后,实验证明此技术方案适用于皮带轮尺寸测量,在此技术基础上略加改动,即可用在其他盘类机械零件的尺寸测量中。In the production process of automobile air-conditioning compressor pulley, dimension measurement is important for maintaining the products quality. But the manual detection can not meet the increasing requirements on quality and production. Thus in this paper, a pulley dimension measurement technology is researched. Firstly, a detection scheme is designed according to the requests of pulley detection and shape features. The lighting mode is chosen and the measurement routes are designed. Then using the open-window dimension detection algorithm and the trigonometry to measure the vertial and laterial dimensions of the pulley. Finally, the experimental results prove the multi-parameter detection technology is effective for the pulley measurement. And this method can be used to detect other disk parts by making small changes.
