摘　　要：目的了解临床用血合理率。方法对2014年某三甲医院临床用血1 776人、2 943次"输血申请单"中目的与病情、检验及相关资料,以各种血液制品的用血指征进行分析,判断临床用血是否合理,与文献中用血合理率进行比较。结果贯彻"新办法"以来,临床成分用血率、合理率、红细胞与血浆比例等方面有了明显改善,但还有较大的努力空间。结论合理用血还需加强,要用现代先进理念指导临床合理用血。Objective To get the rate of clinical rational use of blood. Method To analyze the 1776 people in need of blood, aim and illness in 2943 blood transfusion applications, test and relative materials, to judge whether the transfusion is rational and compare the rate of rational use of blood in the literature. Result The rate of clinical use of blood, rate of rational use, the proportion of red blood ceils and plasma have greatly improved due to the concern of the leader and the effort of the staff. However, the result needs to be improved. Conclusion Rational use of blood should be improved, only with the guidance of advanced modern concept, update of the knowledge, application of new technology and equipment can we develop further.
