中药内服联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨关节炎疗效的系统性评价

摘　　要：目的:对中药内服联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效进行循证医学评价。方法:计算机网络检索中国生物医学文献数据库、维普网、中国知网和万方数据库,筛选中药内服配合玻璃酸钠关节注射的临床随机对照试验,并用Meta分析法将数据进行统计学合并,对其疗效进行评判。结果:治疗约5周后,Meta分析结果显示:OR=4.01,95%CI=[3.04,5.29],P<0.000 01;RR=1.44,95%CI=[1.26,1.65],P<0.000 01。治疗后约25周时,OR=3.40,95%CI=[0.98,11.80],P=0.05。结论:中药内服联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨关节炎的近期疗效明显优于单纯玻璃酸钠治疗,平均疗效约高44%;但这个治疗优势在随访至25周时已不明显。Objective：To make a systemic evaluation of treating knee osteoarthritis with oral medicinal herbs combining sodium hyaluronate injection.Methods：Retrieved CBM,VIP,CNKI and Wan Fang database to screen clinical randomized controlled trials with oral medicinal herbs combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate,using Meta analysis method to make a statistical combination of data,and making an evaluation of the effects.Results：After about 5-week treatment,the Results of Meta analysis for the effects showed as follows：OR= 4.01,95% CI =（3.04,5.29）,P 〈 0.000 01;RR = 1.44,95% CI =（1.26,1.65）,P 〈 0.000 01.About 25 weeks after the treatment,OR= 3.40,95% CI =（0.98,11.80）,P = 0.05.Conclusion：The effect of oral medicinal herbs combined with sodium hyaluronate injection is better than that of the sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.The average effect was higher by 44%,but not obvious 25 weeks after the follow-up.
