山西省国家级传统校的现状调查与发展策略

摘  要:传统校是联结竞技体育和社会体育的纽带,而国家级传统校则起着辐射作用。文章运用问卷调查法、访谈法和实地考察法等方法,对山西省国家级传统校进行调研。研究表明,山西省8所国家级传统校地域分布相对集中,项目分布在田径、大球类等方面;有较系统的管理体制和发展理念;运动队建设规模高于全国平均水平,业余训练情况较好;场地设施建设和体育经费能够满足基本需求;大多数国家级传统校建立了青少年体育俱乐部。虽然取得了一些成绩,并产生了社会效益,但体育管理工作定位模糊、分管领导执行效力不足、青少年体育俱乐部运营水平不高、体育经费的投入和分配差异较大等问题依然存在,使国家级传统校的发展受到了限制。针对上述问题,提出了行政部门和学校要提高传统校体育的教育地位、强化传统校的管理体制改革、加强教育部门与体育部门的通力合作等发展策略。The traditional sport school is the ties of competitive sports and sports for all. National tradition sport school development plays a role of radiation. It is applied questionnaire method, interview method and field survey method to research national traditional sport schools in Shanxi province. It is concluded that region distribution is being concentrated, the games include the track and field, ball games and so on; there are the systematic management system and developmental notion; the scale of sports teams is larger than the national average, their amateur training situation is better; venue facilities and funds meet basic needs of sports; most youth sport clubs are established in national traditional sport schools. Although it makes some social benefits, but many problems limit the development of these national traditional sport schools, such as the work orientation of sports management being fuzzy, the working of relative leader being inadequate, the youth sports club operation being poorer, and the investment allocation being differential. At last, it is put forward some strategies to solve those problems, such as improving the position of physical education,strengthening the reform of management system, and integrating the sections of sports and education.
