摘 要:进行了温度、光照和盐度等环境因子以及尼龙绳和竹竿2种附着基对浒苔(Ulvaprolifere)孢子附着率影响的研究,以期为浒苔防治措施的制定提供科学依据。结果表明,在相同的环境条件下,浒苔孢子在尼龙绳上的附着率均高于其在竹竿上的附着率,但是随着环境因子的变化,浒苔孢子附着率在2种附着基上变化趋势一致,最佳附着温度为25℃,最适盐度为25,较适附着的光照强度范围为2000~4000lx。The impacts of environmental factors and substrata on the adhesion of Ulva prolifera spores were investigated in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of U. prolifera. Temperature, illumination intensity and salinity were selected as the environmental factors while nylon rope and bamboo as the substrata for the adhesion trials. The results indicated that the adhesion rate of U. prolifera spores onto nylon rope was always higher than that onto bamboo under an identical environmen- tal condition. However, the adhesion rate of U. prolifera spores onto these two substrata showed a simi- lar trend among environmental factors. The optimal temperature for the adhesion of U. prolifera spores was 25℃, the optimal salinity was 25psu, and the suitable illumination intensity ranged between 2 000 and 4 000 Ix.
