摘　　要：目的探讨血浆D-Dimer及FDP在DIC诊断中的应用价值。方法选择38例DIC患者为DIC组,24例健康体检者为对照组和18例DIC疑似患者作为疑似组。用Sysmex CA-1500血凝仪分别检测三组患者血浆D-Dimer及FDP水平,检测DIC组患者治疗后的指标变化情况。结果 DIC组两指标的含量均显著高于对照组。DIC组患者经有效的治疗后D-二聚体含量及FDP阳性率呈现下降趋势。结论血浆D-Dimer及FDP水平有利于DIC的早期临床诊断、监测疾病进程、判断治疗疗效及有效的预防疾病恶化提供了可靠的观察指标。Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of plasma D-Dimer and FDP detection on DIC. Methods 38cases of DIC patients as DIC group.24healthy subjects as control group.18 cases of suspected DIC patients as suspected group.Three groups of patients were detected in plasma D-Dimer and FDP levels in Sysmex CA-1500.Index to detect＆amp;nbsp;the changes of DIC group patients after treatment.Results The content of two indicators of DIC group were signiifcantly higher than those in control group. Group DIC patients after effective treatment after two D- dimer content and the positive rate of FDP decreased.Conclusion Two indicators monitoring is helpful to early diagnosis of DIC.
