摘 要:目的通过实验了解图像增强剂对靶区剂量分布的影响。方法 30.0%碘海醇应用生理盐水分别稀释为0倍、2倍、4倍浓度,生理盐水作为对照,分别在存在图像增强剂或不存在时机架角0、120、240度等中心照射,剂量200c Gy。结果照射时不论是否存在增强剂,靶区剂量随着图像增强剂浓度的增加而增加,照射时不存在增强剂的情况下,30.0%、15.0%、7.5%浓度增强剂与对照相比靶区剂量分别增加2.43%、1.81%、0.88%。结论 CT模拟定位应用图像增强剂对靶区剂量分布影响很小,但是对于现代精准放疗在在平扫上优化治疗计划可以得到更精确的剂量。Objective Through experiments to understand image enhancement agent effect on the dose distribution of target.Methods 30% iohexol application of saline were diluted 0 times, 2 times, 4 times the concentration, physiological saline as control, respectively, in the presence of image enhancement agent or absence of time frame angle of 0, 120, 240 degrees isocenter irradiation, dose of 200cGy.Results The irradiation time, regardless of the existence of reinforcing agent, target dose increases with the increase of concentration of the image enhancement, does not exist when the irradiation enhancement agent, 30%, 15%, 7.5% concentration enhancer and the control target dose respectively increase 2.43%, 1.81%, 0.88%.ConclusionCT simulation application of image enhancement agent effect on dose distribution of target area is very small, but for modern precision radiotherapy can get more accurate dose in the scan on the optimization of treatment plan.
