摘　　要：目的：探究固体硅胶隆鼻术的操作方法，常见的并发症以及干预措施。方法选取2013年2月～2014年11月收治的38例固体硅胶隆鼻术患者进行研究，分析并发症出现的原因和应对措施。结果38例患者中，33例对手术效果满意，所占比例为84.2%，6例出现并发症，所占比例为15.8%。结论在固体硅胶隆鼻术的过程中，每项操作都要精密完成，避免出现并发症，做好假体雕刻，提高患者对手术的满意程度。Objective To explore operation procedure of augmentation rhinoplasty and make an investigation on its common complications as well as prevention manners.MethodsChoose 38 patients of augmentation rhinoplasty who are treated in hospital from February 2013 to November 2014 and make an analysis on reasons for complications and its prevention manners.Results 38 patients, there are 33 patients satisifed with surgery treatment effect with making up 84.2% in total; and there are 6 cases of complications with making up 15.8% in total.ConclusionAugmentation rhinoplasty operation, it is required to be pr＆#233;cised and nicely in order to prevent from complications; and what’ more, it is suggested to do well in sculptured prosthesis in order to improve patients’ satisfaction.
