早期手术在肠瘘患者临床中的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探究早期手术在肠瘘患者临床中的治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年4月～2015年2月期间收治的52例肠瘘患者，将其分为观察组以及对照组。对照组患者采用保守治疗，观察组患者通过早期确定性手术进行治疗。对两组患者的住院时间手术后复发状况进行对比。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间以及术后复发状况均小于对照组，两组间经对比，差异较为显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对肠瘘患者进行早期手术期治疗效果较为显著，缩短了患者的住院时间，降低患者的经济负担压力。Objective To explore the effect of early operation in clinical treatment in patients with intestinal fistula.Methods Selected in our hospital in 2014 April -2015 year in February the period treated 52 cases of intestinal fistula patients, divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated by conservative treatment, the patients in observation group were treated by early deifnitive operation. Comparison of operation time of hospitalization occurrence status of two groups of patients with complications.Results In the observation group, the average hospitalization time and complications were less than that of the control group, the contrast between the two groups, the difference is more significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionIn patients with gastrointestinal fistulas were treated early operation period is more signiifcant, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the economic burden of patients with pressure.
