脑室出血并发脑积水应用脑室外联合腰大池引流治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察脑室外联合腰大池引流治疗脑室出血并发脑积水的临床。方法选取76例脑室出血并发脑积水患者,随机分为两组,对照组38例实施持续脑室外引流术,观察组38例实施脑室外引流,术后5 d实施腰大池引流。结果两组脑室引流顺畅时间、第三、四脑室内水肿消除时间、脑脊液恢复正常、颅内感染、死亡率均有明显差异。结论脑室外引流联合腰大池引流治疗脑室出血并发脑积水效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of lateral ventricle combined with lumbar cistern drainage for clinical treatment of acute hydrocephalus in patients with intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods76 cases of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hydrocephalus patients, randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in the control group the implementation of continued external ventricular drainage, the observation group of 38 cases of brain ventricular drainage, postoperative 5D implementation of lumbar cistern drainage.ResultsThe two groups of ventricular drainage is smooth, third time, four time, eliminate indoor edema brain CSF recovery, intracranial infection, mortality rates were signiifcantly different. ConclusionExternal ventricular drainage combined with lumbar signiifcant hemorrhage complicated with hydrocephalus treatment effect of ventricular drainage basin.
