摘　　要：目的分析经皮肾镜EMS碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石临床效果。方法 45例上尿路结石患者,均予以经皮肾镜EMS碎石取石术治疗。结果 95.6%患者结石彻底清除,2例残留结石患者经二期手术彻底清除,所有患者恢复出院。结论经皮肾镜EMS碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石效果显著。Objective To analyze the EMS percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi clinical effect.Methods45 cases of patients with urinary calculi, were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy for the treatment of EMS.ResultsThe 95.6% patients with stones completely removed, 2 cases of residual stones after operation in patients with stage two completely removed, all patients recovered and discharged.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy EMS lithotripsy for the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi signiifcantly.
