阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪在冠心病治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪在冠心病临床治疗中的效果。方法以120例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予以曲美他嗪治疗,观察组予以阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%(56/60),高于对照组的75%(45/60),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病可取得较好效果,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in clinical effect. Methods120 cases of coronary heart disease patients in this study were randomly divided into two groups, a control group was treated with atorvastatin treatment, observation group received atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effects and adverse reactions situation.ResultsObservation group total effective rate was 93.3% （56/60）, significantly higher than the 75% （45/60）, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions two smaller difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.ConclusionThe use of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease can achieve better results and fewer side effects, great clinical value.
