应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常疗效。方法 96例患者分为治疗组(稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔)和对照组(稳心颗粒)各48例。结果治疗组治疗总有效率(95.8%)高于对照组(81.3%),心律失常改善优于对照组,P<0.05,无严重不良反应。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常疗效显著。ObjectiveAnalysis of Wenxin Granule Combined with metoprolol in treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia efifcacy.Methods 96 cases were divided into treatment group （Wenxinkeli metoprolol） and control group （48 cases each of Wenxin Granule）.Results The treatment group total effective rate 95.8% higher than that of the control group 81.3%, arrhythmia, better than the control group,P〈0.05, no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion The curative effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease elderly signiifcantly.
