益母丸及缩宫素在药流术中减少阴道出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察在药物流产术中采用益母丸、缩宫素后对阴道出血情况的影响。方法本文通过对205例应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇片(PG)终止早孕的健康妇女随机分组,药流同时加服益母丸,并于第三天肌注缩宫素为观察组,纯药流组为对照组,观察两组的流产后阴道出血情况。结果在药物流产术中是否配合使用益母丸和缩宫素对阴道出血影响差异显著,均P<0.01,具有统计学意义。结论在药物流产术中配合使用益母丸、缩宫素,对缩短药流后阴道出血时间,减少出血量有一定的作用。ObjectiveTo observe the infection of adopting Yimu Pills and Oxytocin for Cunt Hemorrhage in drug induced abortion. MethodsThis article use stochastic grouping method to the application of Mifepristone Plus Misoprostol to healthy women in early pregnancy termination in 205 cases, then drug abort, meanwhile take Yimun Pills, after that, take intramuscular injections Oxytocin in the third day as observation group, pure drug induced abortion as control group, in the end, observe the two group of cunt Hermorrhage after abortion.ResultsWhether to Co-use Yimu Pills and Oxytocin for Cunt Hemorrhage has great difference in drug induced abortion, both areP〈0.01, which has statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Co-use Yimu Pills and Oxytocin in drug induced abortion has certain affection in shortening the Cunt Hermorrhage after drug induced abortion and reducing blood loss.
