摘 要:目的:评价UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液有形成分的性能。方法用UF-1000i与显微镜镜检同时检测797例随机患者尿液,对比分析两种方法对尿液中红细胞、白细胞、管型检出率的差异。结果两种方法经四格表χ2检验,红细胞、管型检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而白细胞检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。UF-1000i与显微镜检测相比,检测红细胞阳性符合率为87.4%,阴性符合率为98.4%,假阳性率为5.2%,假阴性率为4.1%,敏感性为95.9%,特异性为94.8%;检测白细胞阳性符合率为94.4%,阴性符合率为99.1%,假阳性率为2.5%,假阴性率为2.1%,敏感性为97.9%,特异性为97.5%;检测管型阳性符合率为33.6%,阴性符合率为98.5%,假阳性率为10.0%,假阴性率为20.8%,敏感性为79.2%,特异性为90.0%。结论 UF-1000i拥有快速、方便的优点,但是,对尿液中红细胞、白细胞、管型的检测受到霉菌、结晶、黏液丝、上皮细胞等干扰成分的影响,在实际使用中不能完全替代显微镜镜检。Objective To evaluate the performance of UF-1000i automatic urinary sediment analyzer in testing urinary formed elements.Methods Using UF-1000i and microscope separately to examine the 797 urine samples randomly collected from out patients to compare and analyze the differences in red blood cell, white blood cell and detection rate of casts between these two testing methods.ResultsCompared with microscopy, in the test of red blood cell the positive coincident rate of UF-1000i was 87.4%, negative coincident rate 98.4%, false positive rate 5.2%, false negative rate 4.1%, the percent of sensitivity 95.9%, the percent of specifi city 94.8%; in the test of white blood cell, the positive coincident rate of UF-1000i was 94.4%, negative coincident rate 99.1%, false positive rate 2.5%, false negative rate 2.1%, the percent of sensitivity 97.9%, the percent of specificity 97.5%; in the test casts detection, the positive coincident rate of UF-1000i was 33.6%, negative coincident rate 98.5%, false positive rate 10.0%, false negative rate 20.8%, the percent of sensitivity 79.2%, the percent of specifi city 90.0%.ConclusionUF-1000i is fast and convenient for diagnostic tests, but the research has showed that its lab results would be interfered by the disturbing ingredients like mould, crystal, mucus, epidermal cell and etc., so it cannot completely replace microscope examination in practice.
