紫外可见分光光度法测定蒙药复方那如-3中总酚酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立那如-3中总酚酸含量测定的方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定,检测波长为730nm。结果:没食子酸在1.95～19.5μg范围内呈良好线性关系。回归方程Y=48.641X+0.0308(r=0.9995)。线性关系良好,加样回收率为101.09%,RSD为0.97%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于那如-3中总酚酸的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method which the determination of Nuru-3 total phenolic acid content. Methods：Using the UV-visible spectrophotometry to determine the content,and the detection wavelength was 730nm. Results：Gallic acid showed good linearity in the range of 1. 95 -19. 5μg. Regression equation Y=48. 641 X ＋0. 0308（r=0. 9995）. It had a good linear relationship,and the recovery was 101. 09%,RSD 0. 98%. Conclusion：This method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and can be used to determine the total phenolic acid content of Nuru-3 .
