双心护理模式联合穴位按摩在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨双心护理模式联合穴位按摩在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的应用效果,为临床护理提供科学依据。方法:将80例AMI患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予双心护理模式和缺位按摩,比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后观察组心理状况评分、生活质量评分及首次排便情况效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双心护理模式联合穴位按摩对AMI患者护理效果显著,具有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of applying psychological nursing and cardiac nursing care combined with acupoint mas-sage to patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）in order to provide scientific basis for clinical nursing care. Methods：80 patients with AMI were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（40 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided psychological nursing and cardiac nursing care combined with acupoint massage,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：The scores of patient＇s psychologi-cal status and life quality and the status of the first defecation were superior in the observation group to the control group after the interven-tion（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The effect of psychological nursing and cardiac nursing care combined with acupoint massage is significant in the treatment of patients with AMI.
