脉络宁治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的观察脉络宁注射液对冠心病心绞痛临床症状缓解情况及心电图的改善情况。方法对照组给血塞通注射液0.4g+5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L,1次/d,连续治疗14天。观察组应用脉络宁注射液30 m L+5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L,1次/d,连续治疗14天。结果两组患者心电图疗效比较:经过治疗观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组心绞痛疗效比较:观察组总有效率为92.0%;对照组总有效率为82.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉络宁注射液对冠心病心绞痛临床症状及心电图改变均有明显改善作用。Objective To observe the improvement of Mailuoning injection to alleviate the situation of the clinical symptoms and ECG on coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods The control group was given Xuesaitong injection 0.4g＋5%Glucose Injection 250mL, 1 times/D, continuous treatment for 14 days. The observation group application of Mailuoning injection 30ml＋5%Glucose Injection250mL, 1 times/D, continuous treatment for 14 days. Results Comparison of the efifcacy of the two groups of patients：after treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）, compared two groups of clinical curative effect of angina pectoris：total effective rate of observation group was 92%;the control group the total effective rate was 82%, two groupscompare difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mailuoning injection improved effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease clinical symptoms and ECG changes have.
