摘  要:通过施加不同用量的发酵水葫芦汁液作为追肥,研究其对大白菜生长及品质的影响.试验设置5个试验组,每组每次沼肥施用量分别为0mL(A组)、50mL(B组)、100mL(C组)、150mL(D组)、200mL(E组).定时观察和测量大白菜各项生长指标,发现沼肥能明显促进大白菜的生长.至采收时,E组大白菜的各项生长指标相对于对照组均有不同程度的增长.通过单因素方差分析可知,大白菜的株高、叶片数、生物量各组间均存在显著性差异,说明沼肥施用量对以上三个大白菜生长指标有显著影响.其中E组大白菜的生物量与对照组相比提高了25.02%.同时,沼肥能明显提升大白菜的品质,其中E组大白菜的维生素C比对照组增加145.6%,还原糖增加92.5%,总糖增加27.1%.The experiment was carried on the effect on growth and quality of Chinese cabbage feeding with different volume of fermented water hyacinth fluid as biogas fertilizer. Five groups were set from A to E,and each group was respectively applied with 0 mL,50 mL, 100 mL, 150 mL,and 200 mL biogas fertilizer. Through recording and detecting the growth indexes of Chinese cabbage,it could be found that the biogas fertilizer could promote the growth of Chinese cabbage conspicuously. To harvest,the growth indexes of Chinese cabbage in group E were increased in different degrees compared with control group. The results of single factor analysis of variance showed that plant height, leaf number, and biomass of Chinese cabbage were significant differ- ence. It meant volume of biogas fertilizer would influence the above three indexes greatly. And bi- omass of Chinese cabbage in group E increased by 25. 02% compared with control group. At the same time, the quality of Chinese cabbage could be highly improved by feeding biogas fertilizer. Comparing with control group,vitamin C of Chinese cabbage in group E increased by 145.6%,reducing sugar increased by 92.5%,total sugar increased by 27.1%.
