摘  要:气门挺杆是发动机进气系统重要组成部件,清洗过的气门挺杆必须达到很高的洁净度,目前的清洗方法是通过单一的超声清洗或者喷淋清洗工艺进行处理,并不能达到很好的清洗效果。为了达到规定洁净度,本文研究了使用超声喷流加喷淋复合清洗工艺。结果表明,复合清洗工艺能够对气门挺杆进行有效清洗,可达到污染颗粒直径≤10μm的洁净度要求。由于在气门挺杆结构上存在较深小孔,所以单一清洗工艺清洗效果不好,而复合清洗工艺则能对深孔进行有效的清洗。Valve tappet is an important component part of engine air intake system, and the cleanliness need to achieve a high level. The existing uhrasonic cleaning process or spray cleaning process can't achieve better cleaning results. In order to achieve required cleanliness, the compound cleaning process that combined ultrasonic cleaning with dynamic spray clean ing is used. The result shows that the compound cleaning process is effective to clean Valve tappet. The experiment achieves the required cleanliness that the diameter of pollutant must be below 10μm. The single cleaning process can't achieve good effect because of the presence of deep hole inside the Valve tappet. The diameter of the hole is also small, while the corn pound cleaning process can be effective to clean the deep hole.
