摘　　要：简述了头盔瞄准具/头盔显示器产品装配调试生产环节现状,提出了数字化质量控制措施,对产品数据,包括校正数据和验收履历数据的在线提交和管理提出了具体改进措施。这些措施在保证产品数据得到有效管理的同时,还提高了灰盔瞄准具/头盔显示器产品质量控制能力。Focusing on the present situation of helmet mounted sight/helmet mounted display products, the paper proposed the digitalized method of quality control. Meanwhile, it putted forward solutions to the question of submitting or managing the HMS/HMD product＇s data on line. The solutions ensured the efficient management of the data and the improvement of quality control.
