基于需求信息更新的网络直销型制造商生产决策优化

摘  要:以网络直销型制造商为研究对象,将销售季节以信息更新点为界划分为需求具有相关性的两阶段,第一阶段以提前生产库存制的形式满足需求,第二阶段以提前生产与准时生产相结合的方式满足。模型优化结果表明,组合型生产方式更适用于"原材料出清比产成品出清更经济"的情形。算例分析表明,两阶段需求相关性越高,制造商利润越高;信息更新位置的变化促使制造商利润随之发生变化,信息更新位置越靠后,所披露的第二阶段需求信息越准确,越有利于利润提升;组合型生产方式能够推迟需求信息更新点位置,有利于制造商获取更充分的第一阶段需求实现信息和第二阶段订单信息,促使其利润增加。In this paper, with the networked direct selling manufacturers as the object, we classified their sales seasons into two demand-correlated stages with the information updating point as the parting point, the first stage of which focused on satisfying the customer demand in the form of the advance production inventory mode and the second stage satisfied such demand by combining production in advance with JIT. The result of the model optimization indicated that the higher the correlativity of the demand of the two stages, the higher the profit of the manufacturers; the changes in the position of the information updating point would lead to changes in the profit of the manufacturers and the more postponed it was, the more accurate the disclosed demand information of the second stage was, and thus the more the profit would be increased; the combination production mode could postpone the arrival of the information updating point and thus, in the line of the last finding, facilitate the increase of the profit.
