摘  要:从组织管理和施工技术2个层面,围绕人员、机械设备、生产原料采购、施工工艺方法掌握的情况和施工环境的适应性5方面,对钻孔工程施工单位建立了后评价体系;应用该体系对某地浸采铀钻孔工程进行实例评价,评价结果可为该建设单位后期工程优选钻孔施工单位提供指导依据。From two aspects of organization management and construction technology, and according to the five aspects of staff situation, mechanical equipment condition, purchase of production material condition, and construction technology control method as well as construction environmental adapta- tion, a comprehensive evaluation system was established for post evaluation of the constrction units in-situ leaching bore drilling engineering. One constrction unit in-situ leaching bore drilling engineer- ing was evaluated by the established system. The evalution results provide guidance and evidence to the construction unit post engineering management optimization selection bore drilling construction or- ganization.
