对日照市某县新形势下农村老年人生活质量的调查

摘　　要：目的农村老年人参加被征地农民养老保险已成为一种新形势,了解新形势下农村老年人的生活质量,探讨其影响因素。方法采用量性研究和质性研究相结合的方法,应用人口学资料调查问卷、简明健康测量量表(the medical outcomes study 36-item short-form health survey,SF-36)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(Pitsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)对日照市某县农村的108名60岁以上老年人进行调查,同时围绕目前农村老年人生活质量的变化对10名老年人进行深入访谈。结果108名老年人的心理健康(PCS)得分为(61.81±24.25)分,心理健康(MCS)得分为(73.37±20.12)分,其生活质量与年龄、文化程度、是否有职业、是否患有慢性病以及睡眠质量等有关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论全社会必须共同努力,充分发挥老年人自身、家庭和相关部门的积极性,共同提高农村老年人的生活质量。Objective The rural elderly people participating in old-age insurance of landless peasants has become a kind of new situation.To measure the quality of life of order people in rural areas under this new situation and to explore its related factors.Methods By using the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,108 participants who are older than 60 years were selected and investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire to collect their general demographic data,and the medical outcomes study short form-36 and Pittsburgh sleep quality index to measure health-related quality of life.Results The PCS score of 108 elderly was（61.81±24.25）,MCS was （73.37±20.12）,the quality of life of the elderly was correlated with age,education background,whether to have a job,whether to have chronic disease and sleep quality （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Conclusion We should all together to make effort to improve the quality of life of older persons in rural areas by inspiring the elder people,their family and relevant department’s initiative.
